Heizungsgold Anti Velamina 1, 30kg in a canister
Rapid descaler / limescale remover for copper materials and mixed installations; ready-to-use solution.
Gentle descaling based on citric acid with special non-ferrous metal protection.
No return or refund of the containers.
Mode of action:
Pipeline, well or river water often leads to limescale and rust in installations. These phenomena occur particularly strongly on hot surfaces or walls of cooling systems, tube bundles of heat exchangers, instantaneous water heaters, boilers and coffee machines. A reduction in heat transfer or flow rate is the result. By using Alpenland ANTI VELAMINA 1, these incrustations and rust deposits can be easily removed. However, deposits containing silicate and gypsum are difficult to remove. However, the amount of ANTI VELAMINA 1 is usually sufficient to loosen these structures so that they can be removed mechanically. Alpenland ANTI VELAMINA 1 has an excellent inhibiting effect on copper, so that corrosion is reduced to a minimum.
Application:
Alpenland ANTI VELAMINA 1 is applied as a 5 - 10 % solution. Tube bundles, e.g. can be immersed in the solution or surfaces sprayed. Boilers and boilers are filled and decalcified overnight. The dissolving time is considerably shortened by increasing the temperature. Alpenland ANTI VELMANIA 1 does not form any corrosive gases itself. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is produced when limescale deposits are dissolved. Therefore, sufficient aeration must be ensured!
Dosage:
For coffee machines: run 5 % solution halfway through, switch off, wait 20 min., finish descaling, run through 2 times with water. Alpenland ANTI VELAMINA 1 is water-free, thus approx. 10 % less consumption. Only decalcify for the absolutely necessary time, otherwise there is a risk of corrosion!
Analysis:
Is done by measuring the pH-value. If this no longer rises, the dissolving process is finished.
Packaging:
Paper bags of 10 or 25 kg net or 1 kg PE bags.
Storage:
Store in closed containers in a cool and dry place. ANTI VELAMINA 1 is very free-flowing for approx. 1 year, after which clumping is possible but does not impair the function of the product.
